Your group is guided through a confidence-building, realistic vision board experience. In this intimate and elevated exercise, each person will realize what they can do, what they want to do, and how to close the gap between those realities.

It can be hard to process what you’ve gone through to get to where you are. However, it is so rewarding to take ownership of your narrative. After a brief presentation on mental health and a guided meditation, participants follow a guided paint-along adding elements which hold symbolism to each person’s story. Each guest takes home a unique acrylic landscape painting which looks beautiful to the untrained eye and deeply meaningful to it’s owner.

BOO! Just kidding— boundaries don’t have to be scary! In this dense yet digestible presentation, you’ll learn how to take ownership of your actions, understand your sphere of control, and how to set boundaries you’ll actually keep.

There is power in sharing your story, and community in learning about someone else’s. You’ll first meet with me for a 15min phone call to describe the event and brainstorm how I can best show up to it. This can invlove a detailed presentation with learning objectives or a personality-driven appearance.
