Meet Carolyn kedslie

Whether I’m planning an annual gala or speaking 1-1 about a cause I believe in, I turn ideas into impact.

As the Event Manager at City House, I spearhead events that drive vital fundraising, community engagement, and awareness for our youth experiencing crisis. From design to logistics and donor stewardship to marketing: I manage projects end-to-end to connect big hearts with big needs.

I also serve my community outside of my full-time job: On the Young Professionals of Plano Committee within the Plano Chamber of Commerce, I assist with marketing, social media management, and outreach. With IGNITE National, I serve on the TX Advisory Group to engage young voters and educate about civic engagement. Similarly, I donate my time to the Justice ministry at my church Arapaho UMC as the co-chair of the Elections Committee. At To Be Like Me, I share my story with AuDHD and Mental Health to students aged 10+. Last but certainly not least, I lead the local giving circle North Texas Women For Good.

My main goals are to make our community more accommodating and inclusive place where all are welcome and can live life to the fullest.
